Saving one dog won’t change the world, but the world will change for that one dog.
Futures for Dogs is a small voluntary non profit making rescue based in Kent. We do not have kennels, but we foster in our homes. We help dogs (and even some cats) from both the UK and Abroad. All our dogs are fostered in private homes by volunteers. We also work with other rescues we are involved with, to help place dogs in their care and on their behalf.
Futures for Dogs is the result of over 30 years rescue work.
Our rescue is so named as it was set up to try and help give a better future for dogs. Primarily we rehome dogs supported by fundraising. We work with and help other small non profit making rescues and individuals within the UK & Ireland and the hundreds of rescue dogs who, through no fault of their own, entered their doors each year. Many have been abused or neglected and dumped because they are no longer wanted. The cruelty and unjustifiable way that they have been treated is endless.
We are a voluntary non profit making rescue and where possible will, at some of our events, try to continue to raise funds for other rescues and invite other rescues to join in at events.
Over the years we have also helped some other rescues with donations of money, medication, toys, blankets etc. whilst also raising funds for the abuse cases in our care.
Some of our dogs can be seen on our abuse section. Please do visit and see the wonderful work done by all the Futures For Dogs volunteers.
